Anthony Drummond is a third generation member of an insurance family.  His father, grandfather and great-uncle were all insurance agents.  In the early 1900’s Tony’s grandfather, William Drummond, and uncle, Henry Drummond, served as the St. Louis District Managers for the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York.

In 1938 Tony’s father, Fred Drummond, began selling insurance as an agent in St. Louis for the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.  In 1959 he moved from St. Louis to St. Joseph as the District Manager for the St. Joseph office.

In 1973 Tony entered the insurance business initially starting with Connecticut Mutual in Kansas City and in 1976 he moved his office to St. Joseph.  Tony’s agency, along with two of his brothers insurance businesses, located in Kansas City, ensured that the Drummond tradition of selling insurance with integrity would continue.
